The LimaCharlie Report Extension ("Service") generates automated security reports for your organization. By using this Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Availability

• The Service is provided on a best-effort basis
• No guarantees are made regarding uptime or availability
• Service interruptions may occur without notice

3. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for:

• Service outages or failures
• Data loss or corruption
• Missed reports or notifications
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Integration issues with LimaCharlie or third-party services

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide valid configuration settings (SMTP, email addresses, etc.)
• Ensure your LimaCharlie account remains active
• Monitor your reports and notify of any issues

5. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

What This Extension Does

This extension retrieves security data from your LimaCharlie organization, processes it into reports, and emails them to you. That's it.

Data Collection

What We Collect

Runtime Logs Only - The only data collected are application logs during runtime, which include:

• Error messages and debugging information
• Request timestamps and processing status
• Performance metrics (execution times)

What We DON'T Collect

• Personal information beyond what you configure (email addresses)
• Your actual security data or report contents
• Any data for marketing or analytics purposes

Data Storage

Temporary Processing

• Your report data is temporarily stored in Redis during processing
• Data is automatically deleted after 24 hours
• No permanent storage of your security data

Runtime Logs

• Stored only in DigitalOcean App Platform's runtime environment
• Automatically erased when the application is redeployed
• Can be deleted upon request at any time

Data Sharing

I don't sell, share, or distribute your data. Period.

• I have no interest in your data
• I don't know how to sell data
• There are no third-party analytics or tracking services

Data Security

• All connections use SSL/TLS encryption
• Redis connections are authenticated and encrypted
• SMTP credentials are stored securely in environment variables

Your Rights

You can:

• Request deletion of any runtime logs
• Ask questions about data handling
• Stop using the service at any time

Updates

This policy may be updated. Continued use means you accept any changes.
