Agreement to Terms

By using the CelesTLSH Malware Scanner (the "App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Best Effort Service

• The App is provided on a best effort basis.
• While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that it will detect all malware or threats.

2. False Positives and False Negatives

• The App may produce false positives or false negatives.
• It is your responsibility to verify any alerts or detections.

3. Preventative Measures and Outages

• If you implement preventative measures based on the App’s detections, you do so at your own risk.
• Magonia Research is not responsible for any outages, downtime, or damages resulting from such actions.

4. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time.
• A 30-day notice will be provided before termination.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:
  • CelesTLSH name
  • Magonia Research branding
  • Associated logos
    are owned by Magonia Research.
• Unauthorized use of these intellectual properties is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Magonia Research is not liable for any:
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Losses resulting from your use of the App

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of South Carolina.
• Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
• Changes will be posted within the App or communicated via email.
• Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
